Trim the bottom of the kohlrabi removing the stem and woody portion. Trim the top of the kohlrabi removing the skin and leaf stems. Placing the kohlrabi on either top or bottom and trim the outer skin. Continue trimming outer skin—will take 5-6 cuts around the outside.
