SEASONAL FIELD AND HARVEST CREW MEMBER
Time Period
Summer Season June-August {with option to add May and September/October}
Time Commitment
Between 16-30 hours per week. Shifts available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Time off is possible with adequate (at least 2 weeks) forewarning.
Compensation
$11-$16 per hour dependent on prior experience, plus a weekly share of vegetables (and seconds and extras when available)
Description The Field & Harvest Crew Member will work closely with the Farm Managers to complete all tasks related to the growing and harvest of vegetables for the CSA. Three Sisters Farm has two locations in Campbellsport.

Description The Field & Harvest Crew Member will work closely with the Farm Managers to complete all tasks related to the growing and harvest of vegetables for the CSA. Three Sisters Farm has two locations in Campbellsport.
Tasks
- Pick, cut, bunch over 40 different vegetable crops according to Three Sister’s standards
- Wash, bag, sort produce for weekly box deliveries
- Maintain food safety standards
- Come prepared to work in all weather
- Weed by hand or with hand tools
- Keep necessary records where appropriate
- Professionally represent Three Sisters Farm to the public
- Maintain tools and equipment to agreed-upon standards
- Keep own hours using provided template
- Fill in on delivery route
- Familiarity with produce standards including harvest/ripeness indicators
- Positive, enthusiastic disposition
- Good Health {must be able to walk, bend, work in a kneeling position, and lift up to 40 pounds}
- Ability to work at a moderate and sustained pace
- Willingness to learn new things
- Good observation skills
- General awareness of surroundings
- Adaptable to changes
- Comfort with soil, insects and the outdoors
- Good personal hygiene
- Gardening experience
POST HARVEST CREW MEMBER

Between 8-16 hours per week. Shifts available Wednesday and Thursday Time off is possible with adequate (at least 2 weeks) forewarning.

Description The Post Harvest Crew Member will work closely with the Farm Managers to complete all tasks related to sorting, bagging, washing, clipping, trimming, bunching, order fulfillment and distribution of fresh vegetables for the CSA program at Three Sisters Community Farm.

Tasks
- Sort and grade produce.
- Follow food safety protocols laid out in Three Sisters Food Safety Plan.
- Weigh, package and portion produce into appropriate unit sizes and packaging to fulfill weekly orders for CSA customers.
- Participate in the box packing process.
- Clean and sanitize all food safe surfaces on a regular schedule.
- Maintain a clean and well organized work space.
- Familiarity with produce standards including harvest/ripeness indicators
