storage tip // store dry in a bag in the warmest part of your refrigerator.  Best around 50 degrees farenheit.

  • sweet pepper saute

3-4 sweet peppers, red, yellow or both
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small onion
salt and ground pepper

Remove seeds and stems from peppers; cut in half lengthwise and then into strips. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and onion; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peppers are just tender, about 10 minutes.
