CSA

Please Note: Our small farm has reached capacity -- we've stopped taking memberships for our summer season. We'll start sign ups for next season in the fall, but are currently accepting members for our great Winter Share option (see below).

CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) at Three Sisters Community Farm is unique. We believe that when farmers and members work together to support the farm as a whole the result is happier, more satisfied members, more fairly compensated farmers, and more nutritious and tasty food.

Members of Three Sisters contribute towards each year’s budget (see our 2014 budget here, and observe our progress in meeting it in the sidebar). We offer several farm share levels which reflect the degree of member commitment to the farm. Members at all levels enjoy these unique features:

U-pick. We offer the option to customize the contents of your box through our website. Each week, we’ll alert you to the items available and allow you to choose what you like. If you’d rather not hassle with such a process – no worries! In that case we’ll pack a share for you based on what looks best that week.

Convenient Home Delivery. Delivery to your home or office is included with your contribution. Delivery range is defined by zip code, but is flexible (see below). All shares are delivered on Thursday afternoons.

2014 Share Levelsalt

1. Whole Farm Share – new for 2014!
If all our members were Whole Farm Share members, we’d be happy farmers indeed! At this level, you’ll receive the greatest benefits:
  • One share of seasonal produce delivered to your doorstepThursday afternoons for 20 weeks from June until mid-October. Whole Farm Share members can select additional produce from the U-pick site, in whatever quantity needed and at no added cost, depending on availability.
  • Access to our online ecommerce Farm Store. In this store, we offer other products from the farm – like eggs and bulk produce – each week as they are available. Whole Farm Share members can select items they need from this store at no added cost as well. Items from other farmers we know and trust – like meat, honey and fruit – may also be available from time to time. These items can be purchased at prices which cover our costs in making them available.
  • The four deliveries of the Winter Share (see below).
  • Half off produce sold at our farmers’ market stand, at the Wauwatosa Farmers Market

Preference for the Whole Farm Share is reserved for current or past members of the farm. If you’re considering this option, or have more questions, give us a holler.
